Domestic Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, but please allow up to 3 business days before shipment.

We ship your parcel using DAO. At checkout you decided whether you want it shipped to a pick up point near you or to your home address. When the parcel is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail from DAO with a tracking link to follow its journey. The parcel arrives within 2-4 business days.

Please note that Darrelings cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control. We are unable to offer refunds for packages lost or stolen during the shipping process.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, but please allow up to 3 business days before shipment.

We ship your parcel using PostNord. When your parcel is on its way you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link for you to follow its journey. The parcel should arrive within 10 days from the shipping date.

Important: The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may appear. Darrelings is not responsible for delays due to customs.

International shipping cost: DKK 145,-

Pick Up in Copenhagen

Sometimes you just really need that dress now and not tomorrow, right? If you prefer to pick up your order at our Copenhagen based studio, you can choose the ‘Pick Up’ option under Shipping when checking out. We try our best to offer flexible pick up hours so do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Packaging

We use earth-friendly shipping bags made from bio plast or recycled materials to ship your order. We also don’t mind reusing old cardboard boxes from time to time. The silk paper used to wrap around your order is Sustainable Forestry Initiative certified.
What matters to us it to leave as little a carbon footprint on the planet as possible.

Returns

For any domestic or international returns please reach out to us at hello@darrelings.com as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your order.

Conditions of returns

We accept returns within 14 days.
The returns must be shipped to us within 14 days from the day you receive it.
Have ordered shipping to a pick up point, the 14 days return deadline is from the day the package arrives at the pick up point.
Please sent us a copy of your postage receipt as proof.

Buyers are fully responsible for return shipping costs.
International buyers must ensure to clearly state in all customs forms that the item is being returned for a refund. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to you.

It is your responsibility that the return arrives to us safely. We recommend you use a shipping service offering insurance and tracking.

When we receive the return item it will undergo a quality control. The item must be returned 100% in its original condition. Worn, washed, dirty or altered returns will not be accepted.

Once the return is approved we will send you a confirmation e-mail and you will be refunded to the same payment method used when making your purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.

The following items can't be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
